Are there options for removable stickers?
Unfortunately not but we can definitely look into this in future campaigns. For Alba, we wanted to ensure that the choices you make during your journey are permanent. If you do run out of stickers, each pledge will receive a printable version of the character sheet. This will include items, traits, and events you can cross off instead.

What are the measurements for the Paperback and Hardcover
Paperback is 140mm x 215mm. Hardcover is 173mm x242mm
Paperback is estimated to be 65mm thick, the Hardcover is estimated to be 75-80mm thick.

Can I back multiple pledges at the same time
Unfortunately, you can only back one pledge at a time. Extra copies and items can be added to your pledge via add-ons.
Once you’ve selected your pledge level, Kickstarter will give you a bunch of extra options to add-on extra copies of the book, or other Inside the Box stuff at amazing prices.

Which font size will you be using?
We have made sure that the book is laid out to be as legible (and readable) as possible, with the font size set at roughly 11pt and the line spacing and tracking set so nothing feels squeezed! The Paperback and Hardcover will be set very similarly but the Hardcover will feel a little roomier due to it being a larger format.
All pledges include an ebook of Alba (standard or special edition as appropriate to the level), available in several standard ebook formats or as a PDF. If you’re using an ereader or ebook reading app on your device, you can change the font size to suit your needs.
We’re currently looking into solutions for large format print versions for readers with partial sightedness that may not be able to enjoy Alba in its current form.

What if I run out of recharge packs or stickers?
Each pledge will receive a free printable character sheet that can be used to track and log your journey without stickers, just a pen or pencil. Alba can be replayed to your heart’s content!

What's the difference between a Standard Recharge Pack and a Deluxe Recharge Pack
The Deluxe Recharge Packs include extra special finishes and designs on the character sheets and stickers, they’ll also include extra content for the Special Edition chapters.

Will Alba be available in other Languages?
Only English at the moment. This Book is an exciting first for us. Depending on how well the Campaign goes and if there’s a large demand for a certain translation, we’ll definitely be looking into publishing Alba in other languages.

I want to stock Alba in my store, how do I do that?
Contact us on the campaign via the Kickstarter message function and our team will respond as soon as they can with minimum purchase quantities, pricing, bulk discounts, special offers, shipping estimates and more. Alba will be made available for general release after the campaign is completed, but we will not allow any retailers or distributors to make copies available for sale until after 30 days from the fulfillment stage of the campaign to allow retailer backers a window to take advantage of their pledge early.
All retail orders made via Kickstarter will be at 50% discount from the net MSRP/RRP, rather than the standard 40%, with 50% payment up front on the campaign, and 50% due on fulfillment, to help you out with cashflow and planning. If you want to stock any other Inside the Box games or products, let our team know in your message. We’ll work to give you a great deal!

If I grab some other games as add-ons, when will they arrive?
To simplify the fulfillment process, avoid time-consuming errors and ensure costs are kept low for you, all items in your pledge will be shipped together in a single shipment from the regional fulfillment center that serves your location. All items offered in this campaign will be widely available throughout our supply network at fulfillment of the Alba campaign. If there is a problem with your specific pledge (for example, a worldwide shortage of a particular item due to unexpected shortage) our support team will reach out to you directly to ensure you get your stuff as soon as possible.

Current projection for campaign fulfillment for all Morag's Raft and Gaia's Radio pledges is November 2021 (9 months from campaign end). Dagger's Dagger pledges are projected for +1 month from all other physical pledges due to additional logistics relating to personalisations and numbering matching. Currently projected at December 2021. eBook files will be distributed via Backerkit's downloads feature in March 2021, for all backers. The Open World Adventure Book Library App is currently projected for completion in December 2021. All backers will be provided with a means to access the Alba edition they pledged for via the app shortly after launch. The App may only be initially available on Android devices, then later on Apple devices and Desktop devices, due to additional platform wait times and review processes.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
